Before you take a step ahead into wildlife conservation charity, you must book your tickets for entry. Edinburgh Zoo considers the ticket prices as a small volunteer donation to support conservation work in Scotland. For adults aged between 16 plus is 24.75 pounds, For children between the ages of 3 to 15 years old it is 15.70 pounds. there are concessions too if you have a student ID card or if you’re over 65 age, that is 22.50 pounds only.

You must take note that during holidays tickets are sold out easily, so do pre-booking. especially if you are a member of the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, then even a few guests can accompany you, as you can pay the discounted admission fee at the entrance. But, for those who are not members, we highly recommend booking the tickets online.

Edinburgh Zoo opens every day except Christmas Day. also, there are seasonal time changes too. such as, from April to September it’s open from 10 am to 6 pm. From, October to March 10 am to 5 pm, and from November to February 10 am to 4 pm.

The location of the zoo is on Corstorphine Road, which is four miles from Edinburgh city center.
