Subsequently, Sultan Nasir Uddin later started the Mahmud army with Sultan Balban, but in 1248 and 1253 he had to make many fortresses.

After this the fort went into the hands of Maharaja Kachva of Jaipur in the 17th century and it remained a part of Jaipur till Indian independence. The royal people used to prey on the place where this fort was built.
