To Control the Electrical billing i.e., to control the Maximum Demand Change and Extra Charge for electrical consumption during the peak hours we have installed an ‘AC Thermal Energy Storage Tank’ which is ‘charged’ during the night (up to 5 degrees C) and during peak hours 300-kilo watt AC plant is switched off. The air-conditioning is effected by this stored energy while keeping the AC plant shut. Thereby saving power during peak hours and reducing significant power cost.
