• REACHING KEDARNATH VIA TRAIN: The nearest railway station is Rishikesh to reach Kedarnath via New Delhi. One can take train from New Delhi, get down at Rishikesh, catch a cab/bus from Gaurikund which is located just 210 Kms away from Kedarnath.
• REACHING KEDARNATH VIA FLIGHT: One can reach Dehradhun via Delhi via Flight and also Rishikesh can be reached via Delhi by flight and then Bus or cab service can be taken further to reach Kedarnath/Badrinath.

BEST TIME TO VISIT KEDARNATH AND BADRINATH

The winters here are quite chilly and not at all preferable to intervene to during these chilly days. Badrinath and Kedarnath are the most suitable to visit during May to June and Mid September to Mid November with proper precautions to be taken with a view of last moment climatic changes at any point of time.
