The Taj is one of the seven wonders of the world. It is also designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Located on the banks of Yamuna River in Agra, it was built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. NIGHT VIEWING
Watching the Taj Mahal during full moon nights is the beauty beyond words. It is a unique experience in the world. Night viewing is available for 5 days in a month, is on full moon night, 2 nights before, and 2 nights after the full moon. However, night viewing is closed every Friday and in the month of Ramzan.

Kalakriti is a live musical drama held at a cultural and convention center near the Taj Mahal. The show presents the story of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal and also the lifestyle of the Mughal dynasty. The purpose of the show is to maintain the cultural and historical heritage of India. It also has an exclusive handicrafts showroom where tourists can purchase items made of wood, metal, marble, and thread.
The Taj Garden is not just an ordinary garden but a lush green meadow that is well-planned and well-maintained. The garden is divided into four parts and each part has four flowerbeds. Therefore, it is also known as Charbagh as every aspect of the garden is the multiple of four. Each flowerbed has 400 plants and fruit-bearing trees. All trees are planted in a symmetrical manner to enhance the beauty of the monument.
The garden has two canals made with marbles and a fountain in the center. The garden also has four pathways and a lotus tank made with marble. All pathways are distinct in features and can be easily viewed from a mausoleum.
